This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in public areas, 24-hour security, and a game room. On my first stay, the staff helped with my elderly parents. I'll definitely return for a city trip!

I appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made my arrival hassle-free. The reception staff greeted me warmly and helped with my room arrangements. My room had a small patio where I could relax and take in the ocean views. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean, which contributed to a restful night's sleep. Breakfast included a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. Enjoyed the local tours organized through the hotel. they were reasonably priced and intimate with small group sizes. However, the wifi only worked in certain areas, making it tough to stay connected. The hotel could also improve on cleanliness. I noticed some dust buildup on the fan provided in the room and a few cobwebs in the bathroom. Overall, it was a convenient base for exploring the island, but there's room for improvement to elevate the experience.

The internet had no connection in the room, which was quite the hassle, leaving you to scramble for a signal in a crowded communal area. The room had a musty odor, and I found a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. It really needed a thorough cleaning. The cupboards also emitted a moldy smell, adding to the overall discomfort. Additionally, the sparse breakfast options left much to be desired, relying heavily on cheap salami and reconstituted meat, making it hard to feel satisfied. The lack of communication regarding rental offers and the confusion over entry to archeological sites were other drawbacks that detracted from a more enjoyable stay.

Great value with a view!
We had an amazing stay! The ocean views from our room were fantastic. Breakfast was simple but good, and we loved hanging out in the outdoor dining area. Only bummer was our shower had a small leak, but overall it didn't ruin our time. Would definitely recommend the tours they set up!

Couple luxury seekers
The breakfasts were excellent! The staff were super friendly, especially Feña and Nico, they really went out of their way to help me with everything when I was on vacation there. The welcome gesture with the flower necklace at the airport and receiving a CD with Rapa Nui music before I left, was really something special.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

The huge hotel lobby was great for our family, and the spacious quadruple room made it easy for us to relax. We loved taking the well-priced island tours which had small groups. The staff's service was exceptional, and breakfast was decent for local standards.
My children wanted more food options outside breakfast.
